Granby Winter Garden

As part of our commitment to community-focused development, R2 Developments (NW) Ltd contributed to the transformation of two derelict terraced houses on Cairns Street, Toxteth, into the Granby Winter Garden. We carried out structural works, installed the glass roof, and completed interior finishes, preserving the original brickwork to maintain the building’s historic character. Opened in 2019, the project blends creative design with local collaboration, celebrating regeneration through shared purpose.
